When I woke up this morning, I froze my nose like a neglected dog on a leash. I had opened the window when I lay in bed under by warm blanket to sniff out the bad air for a little while but of course I fell asleep and slept all night with open windows. First, I growled a battle over the long and cold winter, but then I realized it was my own fault. I have just too good feather bed cover .

And why not open the window for a while before I go to bed instead of jumping into bed with the window open? So my own fault and therefore I stopped shivering and realized that there would be a good day. I decided to respond to everything with a cheerful and positive attitude.

Thus, I realize that the snow is very good for us. When I look out the window, I see several people who are in the process of shoveling snow to get their cars out. It looks really nice. What a wonderful exercise! Their whole body gets a workthrough which the drivers would not otherwise have and there's nothing that beats to get into the heat and pour a cup of hot coffee with a warm cinnamon bun for job well done solicitation?

And misery of slipping around on the streets is not really any misery - quite the contrary! We do not want to fall over in the ice and beat us yellow and blue so we have to shuffle us up and forced into a very quiet and good tempo. You can not rush and rush forward in the climate that we have right now. And we can not drive fast on the roads but we have to take it nice and slow, and so do we! Some nice music on your car radio, god heat in the cockpit and a quiet mode of travel and time with the soul and we are nice relaxed when we arrive.

Not to mention the light! The beautiful white snow reflects and reinforces the view that, in fact, is on the way back to us. The days are noticeably longer than in December and a colleague told me that he heard a blackbird singing the other day. I watched the sun go up a few minutes, and immediately formed a work of art in front of my eyes when the sun's rays reflected in the snow crystals and suddenly dripping from the gutter and I felt the sun's heat and found myself having to stand there and smile to myself.

Take the opportunity and enjoy the winter, once it is over ...  This is what I tell my wife every day when she is trying to get the car out to go to work and me and the dog just roll over in bed.

Did you go to the Super Rally in Denmark 2008?
In that case you may find your tent at this map

It happens that the aerial-photo option on the Danish map and address -site: www.krak.dk, currently are showing pictures of the area of the early 2008 rally!

On the krak-site choose "KORT" (green index) and seek for: Lumbyesvej, 7000, Fredericia.
Chose the "LUFTFOTO"-option in the blue bar high on the map and scroll to the area north-east of Lundingsvej for an aerial overview!

The maps are renewed in an unknown frequency and that I just noticed the picture of the 2008-rally doesn't mean that it remains for long, though that could happen anyhow.

For your information, the last weeks I had an email discussion with your wisemen and your audit committee about structure in our common work and I am happy to say that many good ideas come forward that I will write more about later. As I no also use the SKYPE Internet phone program trying to cut down the costs of the FH-DCE you experience many funny things as some of us is using the webcamera. Just to show you what I am talking about, take a close look at this video.

Hello Friends of the Fed family, this is a word from your friendly treasurer.

I just received the official registration of our Logo,
It’s is now our property. Now we have let people know that’s it is ours. So from this moment of we have to put the ® next to the logo like in the example. A update of the logo include the ® is coming soon.
The best news is that the cost were paid by the H-D Company, so thanks to Nikki en Nigel for your help in this.

Please don’t chance the header of the page as this is not allowed.
As a member you may fill the page as you like as long you don’t hurt anyone. One page for each club, the clubs that organize the FH-DCE Super Rally® may use 2 pages and you have to return the page to pbruel@casema.nl before 15 march.

A few weeks ago I send the clubs that still had something to pay a reminder, some of you give a reply and paid, but some did not. Please hit your treasurer with the rhythm stick and order him to take care for it so I can finish this.

We are now a just a few months away from the FH-DCE Super Rally ® and the guys over there are working hard for us to make it good, I hope that we will meet and I wish all of you a good trip.
